The ministry noted that these indicators reflect the digital journey of Saudi workers in the labor market, from contract documentation to accessing professional services, as part of an integrated system aimed at increasing trust and improving user experience.

In addition, the Qiwa platform achieved international recognition by winning the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) award from the International Telecommunication Union, as well as the Gulf Customer Experience Award (GCXA 2026), highlighting its technical excellence and global service standards.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development continues to enhance its digital services for the labor market, aiming to protect rights, empower national talent, and improve the experience for both workers and businesses, in support of the Labor Market Strategy and Vision 2030 objectives.
