PIF launches Gulf Coast Real Estate Development Company for integrated Khafji waterfront project

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund has launched the Gulf Coast Real Estate Development Company to develop an integrated coastal destination in Khafji.

The new company will transform Khafji’s coastline into an urban center and an attractive destination for residents and tourists from Saudi Arabia and neighboring Gulf countries.

The project will cover an area of approximately 20 square kilometers and feature a 10-kilometer-long waterfront.
