Yemeni army advances in Al-Jawf, surrounds Al-Labanat camp

Yemeni army forces have continued their advance in Al-Jawf province, tightening their siege on Al-Labanat camp.

The army has consolidated its positions in Bab Al-Mandab, Dhubab, and the outskirts of Mokha, and is conducting sweeps to clear mines and remove earth barriers in preparation for the next phase, according to Al-Ikhbariya.

Heavy clashes have erupted between Yemeni forces and Houthi militia on the Al-Wazi’iyah, Yafres, and Al-Kadha fronts, with the army making cautious progress despite the mountainous terrain.

The Yemeni armed forces, supported by tribal fighters and the popular resistance, continue efforts to prevent the militias from reaching strategic sites.
