Jeddah Municipality lifts red zone restrictions on 3,787 Al-Malisaa land plots

Jeddah Municipality has lifted red zone restrictions on 3,787 land plots in the Al-Malisaa grant schemes in the southern part of the governorate, allowing eligible landowners to access municipal services and complete procedures through the Balady platform.

The municipality explained that removing the red zone designation ends municipal restrictions on these plots, making them eligible for municipal procedures and services, including applying for permits and related regulatory actions in accordance with approved regulations and requirements.

It added that requests for municipal services for the affected plots can be submitted through engineering offices, which are authorized to complete the necessary municipal procedures.

Jeddah Municipality affirmed it will continue reviewing land still under red zone restrictions across the governorate, and will complete the required technical and regulatory procedures in phases. This is part of ongoing efforts to facilitate municipal services, address land and planning issues, and enable beneficiaries to complete their procedures in line with approved regulations.
