Over 30 expert trainers deliver 11 training tracks for Hajj staff

Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, he added that these tracks cover fields such as transportation, crowd management, accommodation, catering, health, and awareness.
Qalais noted that the training program consists of three main components: 30% focused on knowledge and concepts, 40% on operational content simulating real Hajj scenarios, and 30% on practical simulations and applied scenarios.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah recently launched the first edition of its qualification program for Hajj affairs office members and group leaders for the 1448H Hajj season in Jeddah.
