Absher launches online service to update national ID photo

The Absher electronic platform now allows citizens to update the personal photo on their national ID card online, without the need to visit Civil Affairs branches.

According to an announcement on Absher’s official account on X, the new service enables users to complete the request to update their national ID photo and have the updated document delivered easily through the Absher platform.

To use the service, users should log in to the Absher website, select "My Services," then "Civil Affairs," followed by "National ID Services," and finally choose "Update National ID Photo."
