Border Guard in Jazan arrests seven Ethiopians for smuggling 140 kg of khat

Saudi Border Guard land patrols in the Al-Dayer sector of Jazan region have arrested seven Ethiopian nationals for violating border security regulations by attempting to smuggle 140 kilograms of khat.

Initial legal procedures were completed, and both the detainees and the seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking activities by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 994 in other regions of the Kingdom.
