The National Water Company (NWC) is urging customers with unregistered or illegal domestic water connections to rectify their status by registering their water and sewerage connections through official channels, as part of its commitment to providing quality services.
The company encouraged customers to register their water and sewerage connections through the NWC mobile app or e-branch at www.nwc.com.sa before the status correction initiative ends on August 18, 2025, to avoid fines and service charges.
The company launched a status correction initiative on May 18, 2024, which was valid for three months. NWC urged beneficiaries to visit the company’s official channels to learn about the conditions for obtaining services, the application process for registering illegal or unregistered connections, and the details of fee exemptions.
They can also find information about violations or fines related to unauthorized connections and the types of connections subject to registration.
NWC pointed out that its official channels receive requests 24 hours a day and that the unified call center (8004411110) provides application services and answers inquiries.
It stressed that encroaching on water and sanitation networks affects the sustainability and utilization of water services and harms public health and the environment.
