Upon the Leadership’s Directives, Defense Minister Meets with King of Jordan
Upon the directives of the leadership, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz met today with King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with their wishes for further progress and prosperity to the King, government, and people of Jordan. In turn, King Abdullah II sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The discussions focused on the close relations between the two countries and explored ways to enhance regional security and stability and addressed issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, Director General of the Defense Minister’s Office Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, and several senior Jordanian officials.
