Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) Saad Alkasabi, along with SASO officials, will begin an Asian tour tomorrow, visiting Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
They will introduce the Saudi product safety program, conformity assessment procedures, and the requirements for accessing local markets in the Kingdom.
The tour is part of SASO's efforts to highlight its services and initiatives for international manufacturers and exporters.
It will include meetings with counterparts, as well as workshops to address key challenges faced by manufacturers and exporters in these countries, with the goal of promoting bilateral trade and strengthening strategic partnerships.
