The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) issued a warning for Makkah Region, forecasting moderate rainfall, strong winds, hail, and thunderstorms, which are expected to cause near-zero visibility and potentially lead to flash floods.
The NCM indicated that these weather conditions are likely to continue until 9:00 pm.
