
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance held yesterday a cultural event for the second group of Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah and Visitation, which included various cultural and entertainment activities.
The guests thanked and expressed appreciation to the wise leadership and to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance for generously hosting them, enabling them to perform Umrah rituals, and visit Madinah and Makkah.
Executive Director of the Program Sheikh Ali Al-Zughaibi said that the program had given 4,500 men and women Umrah performers from countries from all over the world the opportunity to perform the Umrah rituals and visit the Prophet's Mosque since its launch in 1435 AH.
This year's second group of Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah and Visitation consists of 250 men and women pilgrims from 14 European countries.
