The microprograms initiative (MicroX), part of the Human Capability Development Program under Saudi Vision 2030, has launched more than 60 new specialized professional courses to equip Saudi youth with advanced skills, delivered through Saudi universities in collaboration with government entities and hosted on the national e-learning platform, FutureX.

The newly added courses cover key sectors supporting Saudi Vision 2030, including technology, health, management, culture, and cybersecurity. They also feature specialized programs in public health, heritage, strategic marketing, and event management.

This expansion reflects ongoing national efforts to advance digital education and training, offering flexible, short-term learning opportunities aligned with labor market needs.

To date, more than 7,000 trainees have benefited from MicroX, which aims to roll out 350 short university programs in partnership with Saudi universities and sectoral institutions to meet workforce demands and keep pace with rapid industry changes.
