
The King Abdulaziz Public Library in Riyadh is commemorating the 94th National Day of Saudi Arabia with a variety of events held in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
From September 21 to 30, the library will host a series of activities, including the main celebration on September 21 whose theme is "Our home's dream has come true".
This event will feature cultural activities, including some related to the Year of the Camel, observed this year, a visual arts exhibition, a drawing contest, dance performances like the Saudi Ardah and offering Saudi coffee.
The library's mobile libraries will also be on tour with a collection of historical books and material related to the Kingdom's establishment and development.
These mobile libraries will be located at Mutah Park, Diriyah Gardens, and the heritage city in Shaqra.
The library will also host an exhibition titled "Saudi features and places" and screen the documentary film "The Last Bedouins".
For children, the library has prepared a special program that includes a theater performance and workshops to instill a sense of patriotism.
The King Abdulaziz Public Library has been celebrating National Day for nearly 40 years, highlighting the Kingdom's history and cultural heritage to Saudi citizens.
