The General Court of Audit (GCA), represented by Vice President of Institutional Services and Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA) Tariq Aljurayfani, participated in the 26th meeting of the Undersecretaries of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of the GCC, held today, Wednesday, via video conference.
The meeting reviewed and discussed several topics related to building the professional capacities of employees of the SAIs of GCC. Participants also examined progress in implementing the training programs outlined in the strategic training plan for the period (2023–2024), as well as the key recommendations and outcomes associated with it.
In addition, the strategic training plan for the next period (2026–2028) was discussed, along with the draft agenda for the 22nd meeting of the Heads of SAIs, scheduled for this September in Kuwait.
Aljurayfani emphasized the importance of this meeting in enhancing ongoing coordination, cooperation, and joint efforts among the SAIs of the GCC, thereby contributing to improved performance, continuous development, and the achievement of their shared objectives.
