Saudi Arabia condemns Zionist entity’s storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, attacking worshipers

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the source on Sunday evening expressed Saudi Arabia's refusal to "continue the violations committed by the Zionist occupation forces against the Palestinian people," calling on the international community to "protect the Palestinian people from the various aggressive practices committed by the Zionist occupation forces against the Palestinian civilians that provoke the feelings of Muslims and violate the rights of Palestinian brothers".

Dozens of worshipers were injured on Sunday, the first day of Eid al-Adha, by rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters, which were fired by the Zionist occupation forces abundantly towards them, after storming the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Zionist occupation forces stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning of Sunday to disperse thousands of worshipers who gathered to prevent the settlers from storming Al-Aqsa on the first day of Eid al-Adha to commemorate what they call "the destruction of the Temple".

Jordanstrongly condemned the continuation of Zionist "violations" in Jerusalem,following clashes between the Zionist occupation forces and the Palestinianworshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque on the first day of Eid al-Adha, calling for "animmediate end to these aggressive practices".

ArabLeague Secretary General, Ahmad Abu- El-Gheit denounced the storming of Al-AqsaMosque by Zionist settlers and extremists at the time of Eid prayers, sayingthat the attack, which was carried out under the auspices of the Zionistoccupation forces, reflects a continuous Zionist policy aimed at normalizing theZionist presence in Al-Aqsa mosque, and the reduction of Islamic presence evenon the blessed days, on which Eid prayers are held.

Forits part, Al-Azhar Observatory, a firewall against radicalism and extremism, condemnedthe actions of the occupation forces, declaring its close follow-up, around theclock, all what is happening on the scene of the confrontations and attacks bythe occupying entity, warning of calls by senior rabbis for the storming of Al-Aqsasquares.

Presidentof the Arab Parliament, Dr. Meshal Bin Fahm Al-Salami, condemned in thestrongest terms the storming of Zionist settlers under the protection of thebrutal occupation forces of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday morning, at a time whenMuslims perform the Eid Al-Adha prayer, injuring a number of worshipers.
