The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques KingSalman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved awarding of the King Abdulaziz Medalof the Third Order to 426 male and female citizens.
The citizens were awarded these medals dueto their donation of one of their main organs, whether from a living orbrain-dead person.
