Yemen Condemns Houthi Militia's Kidnapping 7 Headmistresses in Sana'a

Yemeni Minister of Information Mua'mer Al-Iryani strongly condemned the recent kidnapping of seven headmistresses by Iran-backed Houthi terroist militias.

It is reported that Houthi rebelskidnapped yesterday morning seven principals of girls schools in the capitalSana'a among of them Sabah al-Qarai, Head of Assmawi School and Amalal-Qiyadhi, Head of May School. The seven ladies said to be taken away to anunkown destination.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency(Saba), the Yemeni minister stated that this is one more terrorist heinouscrime in a long series of kidnapping acts the Houthi militia has embarked onagainst Yemeni females since 2014.

Al-Iryani called on the internationalcommunity, the UN and its Special Envoy for Yemen Martin Griffiths to openlydenounce this shameful crime.

He also called for pressuring Houthimilitia to stop atrocities and violations against the Yemeni women, byimmediately releasing the detained ones.
