Saleh said today's developments marked a zero hour, driven by operational changes imposed by the Houthis and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's determination to reach the Bab Al-Mandab Strait. He explained that the Houthi mobilization left the Yemeni government with no choice but to defend the region and prevent the Revolutionary Guard from controlling Bab Al-Mandab, thereby safeguarding the security of neighboring countries.
