Trump adviser: Midterm results too decisive for fraud claims

Advisers to US President Donald Trump have acknowledged that the results of the congressional midterm elections were so favorable to the Democrats that they are unlikely to challenge the outcome.

CNN quoted one of Trump's advisers as saying, "It was extremely difficult to rig this election."

Trump had attempted to pressure California to discard thousands of ballots, with the Justice Department alleging they may have been cast by non-citizens. However, the Supreme Court rejected this effort.
