US delegation walks out during Iranian president's UN speech

The US delegation walked out of the United Nations hall during the speech by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

In his address, Pezeshkian asserted that the United States is imposing sanctions on Iran and blocking its access to international waterways.

Earlier, President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived in New York. According to Habibollah Abbasi, Director General of Public Relations at the Presidential Office, Pezeshkian's visit includes delivering a speech to the General Assembly and holding meetings and discussions with several heads of state and participating officials.
