Five Palestinians injured in Israeli strikes and gunfire in Gaza

Five Palestinians, including a child, were wounded with varying degrees of injury on Saturday after Israeli forces carried out gunfire and shelling targeting the Jabalia and Maghazi refugee camps and the town of Beit Lahiya in the Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses said the attacks caused civilian casualties, and the injured were transported to hospitals for treatment.

Assaults and arrests in the West Bank

Meanwhile, two Palestinians were injured after being assaulted by a group of settlers in the city of Salfit in the West Bank.

Local sources added that Israeli forces arrested a girl at the Beit Iksa checkpoint north of occupied Jerusalem, without providing further details on her condition or the reasons for her detention.
