Lebanese military court charges Hezbollah figure, 13 others over 'Assad remnants' network

Sources told Al Hadath TV that Lebanon’s military judiciary has charged a Hezbollah official known as 'Haj Alaa' and 13 others in connection with a network described as 'Assad remnants' in northern Lebanon, on charges related to terrorism and possession of explosives.

According to the sources, 'Haj Alaa' was responsible for providing logistical support to the network. Investigations, as reported by Al Hadath, revealed that its members received training at Hezbollah camps in the Bekaa region.

The sources added that the Hezbollah official is currently in hiding, while investigations into the network and the case before the military judiciary are ongoing.

These developments come as part of ongoing investigations into the 'Assad remnants' network in northern Lebanon, which, according to the same sources, has been linked to training at Hezbollah camps in the Bekaa and received logistical support from 'Haj Alaa'.
