Putin guarantees Zelensky’s safety if he visits Moscow, aide says

Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said Vladimir Putin would guarantee the safety of Volodymyr Zelensky if he came to Moscow.

Ushakov added that, during a phone call with Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, Putin affirmed that Zelensky could come to Moscow, according to Al Arabiya.

He continued that Zelensky could travel to Moscow for negotiations if he wished, and that all necessary conditions, including security, would be provided for him there.
