Macron and Aoun agree to boost cooperation across sectors

The Lebanese presidency announced that French President Emmanuel Macron and Lebanese President Michel Aoun held a meeting in Paris ahead of the preparatory meeting for the army support conference.

The presidency said the two leaders discussed efforts to end Israeli attacks.

They also agreed to enhance cooperation in various fields, particularly in the economy and energy sectors, and to resume oil and gas exploration in Lebanon's concession areas.
