Pakistan working to revive US-Iran talks amid regional tensions

Pakistan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Tahir Andarabi, said that Islamabad is making every effort to revive negotiations between the United States and Iran amid ongoing regional tensions.

Andarabi explained that discussions between Tehran and Washington are continuing regarding the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and ways to de-escalate tensions in the region, according to Asharq.

He added that Pakistan encourages both parties to exercise restraint and remain committed to dialogue in order to implement the memorandum of understanding agreed between them.
