Thailand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Islamic Center of Thailand have held the annual Iftar (Breaking-Fast) banquet in the presence of ambassadors of Arab and Islamic countries and a number of Islamic figures.
The Directorof the Islamic Center of Thailand Samat Malolim commended the continuedcooperation between the Islamic Center and the Embassy of the Kingdom of SaudiArabia in Bangkok, and the efforts of the Kingdom in serving Islam and Muslims.
SamatMalolim also thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman binAbdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince for the Kingdom's contribution throughKing Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) by sending dates forfasting people at the Islamic Center and other Islamic societies and mosques,where the Islamic Center provides Iftar meals daily to at least 800 people.
