Saudi Arabia lead Oman 3-0 at halftime in Gulf Cup group stage

Saudi Arabia ended the first half of their match against Oman with a commanding 3-0 lead on Saturday evening at Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, during the second round of the Gulf Cup (Gulf 27) group stage.

The Saudi team dominated the first half, with Firas Al-Buraikan opening the scoring in the 11th minute. Hassan Kadish Mahboub added a second goal in the 18th minute, before Al-Buraikan struck again in the 34th minute to make it 3-0.

The Green Falcons are aiming to continue their strong start to the tournament after defeating Kuwait 1-0 in their opening match. A win over Oman would secure their place in the semifinals, regardless of the outcome of their final group game against Iraq next Tuesday.

This match is part of Group A, where Saudi Arabia are looking to secure early qualification after earning three points in their first-round victory over Kuwait.
