Barcelona extends Raphinha contract until 2030

Barcelona has announced the extension of Brazilian star Raphinha's contract, ensuring he will remain with the Catalan club until 2030 as part of management's strategy to retain the team's core players for upcoming seasons.

In a statement, the club said Raphinha will meet with Barcelona president Joan Laporta in his office on Thursday before addressing the media to discuss the contract renewal details.

The extension comes amid Raphinha's impressive performances, having scored 15 goals in La Liga and 4 in the UEFA Champions League, continuing his influential role in the squad.

Historically, Raphinha has played 190 matches for Barcelona, ranking fourth among Brazilian players in club appearances, and is also fourth on the club's all-time Brazilian scorers list with 94 goals.
