Bukayriyah slump continues with 3-1 defeat to Al-Tai

Bukayriyah’s struggles in the league continued as they suffered a 3-1 defeat to Al-Tai in a match held Thursday evening at Prince Abdulaziz bin Musaed Stadium in Hail.

Bukayriyah took the lead through Yassine Zakir in the 48th minute, but Al-Tai quickly responded when Nabil Alioui equalized in the 54th minute. Hassan Al-Habib then put Al-Tai ahead with a second goal in the 68th minute.

In the 89th minute, Nabil Alioui struck again to score Al-Tai’s third goal and his second of the night, sealing a 3-1 victory for the home side and adding to Bukayriyah’s woes in the league.

The defeat marks a difficult start to the season for Bukayriyah, who remain without a win. They began their campaign with a goalless draw against Al-Anwar, followed by a 1-1 draw with Al-Okhdood, then suffered losses to Al-Adalah (1-0), Al-Jandal (4-1), and Damac (2-1), before this latest setback against Al-Tai.

Bukayriyah have now played six matches without a victory, recording two draws and four defeats, as their points drought continues and the need to turn their season around grows more urgent in the coming rounds.
