Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Moajab said in his meeting with Saudi women, appointed as investigators for the first time in the Saudi Public Prosecution, that Saudi women have proven their competence and efficiency in joining all the types of work.

Al-Moajab pointed out that the Public Prosecution has chosen an elite of Saudi males and females to work in the Public Prosecution, stressing at the same time that this is the first batch of female investigators and to be followed by many batches.

Al-Moajab stressed King Salman bin Abdelaziz and his Crown Prince are keen on involving women in all areas and fields of work, including parliamentary work.

Al-Moajab explained that this is the first time, in which Saudi females are appointed to this important position.

The Attorney General revealed, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the prosecutor will join a criminal diploma for a full year, which includes academic study and training in the field of work and visits to the evidentiary bodies, including Department of Forensic Medicine to check out the completion of cases.
