Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Islamic Affairs meets Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidance

Saudi Arabia's Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh received at his residence in Cairo today the Minister of Endowments and Guidance of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Atiyyah, on the sidelines of 30th International Conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments, under the title "Jurisprudence Building States, A Modern Doctrinal Vision."

At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Al Al-Sheikh praised deep and solid historical relations between the two countries.

He said that every Saudi citizen is proud of what the wiseleadership provides in cooperation with the Arab coalition countries to supporttheir brothers in Yemen, whose legitimacy has been dominated by terroristmilitias supported by Iran.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs praised the efforts made bythe Yemeni Ministry of Endowments in guiding people, showing correct Islam,spreading moderation and combating extremism, stressing that these are veryimportant acts compared to the domination of Houthi militias that are trying toobliterate identity and change people's beliefs and spread heresies andsuperstitions.

For his part, the Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidancepraised the Kingdom's historical stances in supporting Yemen in all crisesfacing it, and its standing with the Yemeni people and their leadership,pointing out that the Storm of Determination and Renewal of Hope Operationswill remain immortal in the memory of Yemenis who have all the love andappreciation for noble Saudi positions.

Dr. Atiyyah asserted that Houthi militia attacks on theYemeni people and Saudi territories are proof of the barbarism of these groupsand their hatred against Islam and its people, stressing that the Yemeni peopleare well aware of the danger of the Houthi coup group and its malicious projectin Yemen.

The Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidance commended the Kingdom's hosting of 2000 pilgrims of families of the Yemeni people within Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Kingdom.
