Saudi Arabia’s health ministry announce the number of COVID19-Infected Cases

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health said in a statement today that 1975 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 93,157 cases, including 23,581 active cases receiving necessary medical care. Of these, there are 1381 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. As many as 806 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 68,965.

The Ministry also pointed out that the cases confirmed today represent 48% for non-Saudis and 52% for Saudi nationals, adding that the number of the new deaths is 32, bringing the total death toll to 611.

With regard to the tests at the laboratories, the Health Ministry disclosed that 16,246 new tests are conducted, bringing the total number of tests to 887,209 until now. He called on whoever has symptoms or would like to check-up, to use the self-assessment service in MAWID application, and inquire or consult the Health Center (937) around the clock.
