Saudi Arabia’s Efforts Against COVID-19 Extend to Globally Contribution

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ speech on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr praised the commitment of citizens and residents to the precautionary measures that were made for their safety and society, as well as the roles of health and security men and others in different sectors who stand together to protect the people and the country, Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers reported.

The papers said that the huge efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in protecting the human being against coronavirus pandemic is extended to its international contribution through its presidency of the G20 and its leadership role in calling the international community to join efforts to reduce the impacts of COVID-19 globally. The papers concluded that, based on the sense of its global role and human duty, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia generously supported the World Health Organization to tackle the pandemic, as well as the domestic and international scientific research to discover a vaccine for the virus.
