Institute of Public Administration launches new advanced diploma programs

The Institute of Public Administration, through its Business Center, has launched several advanced diploma programs in specialized fields. These include the Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Systems and Regulations, offered in partnership with the Saudi Real Estate Institute, and the Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, in collaboration with the Saudi Logistics Academy. The launches are part of a series of orientation events for new students in diploma programs held at the institute this week, alongside welcoming students to the third cohort of the Executive Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

The introduction of these programs responds to the needs of vital and growing sectors in the Kingdom, reflecting the institute’s commitment to developing specialized programs that qualify national talent and equip them with knowledge and skills aligned with labor market demands. The Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Systems and Regulations aims to develop professionals who combine regulatory expertise with practical understanding of the real estate sector, while the Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management focuses on enhancing specialized skills and improving performance in the logistics sector.

The institute also continues to offer the Executive Advanced Diploma in Business Administration for the third time, aiming to develop administrative and leadership capabilities and deepen students’ knowledge in strategic planning, financial analysis, risk management, and governance, thereby improving organizational efficiency and performance.

This follows the recent launch of the Advanced Diploma in Nonprofit Organization Management earlier this week, in partnership with the Al Subeaei Charitable Foundation and with support from the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. The initiative aims to qualify specialized talent in nonprofit management and enhance their abilities to support sector growth and improve practices.

This week also saw the welcoming of students in the Advanced Diploma in Legal Sciences, alongside other diploma programs offered by the institute, reflecting the diversity of training and development pathways available to national talent in various administrative and specialized fields.

The institute is committed to offering a variety of advanced diploma tracks and study formats to suit the nature of each program and its target audience. Some programs are delivered on weekends, allowing employees and working professionals to continue their development without conflicting with job commitments, while others are held during the week according to program requirements and student needs. This approach supports Saudi Vision 2030 goals for human capital development and enhancing the efficiency of the national workforce.

Mohammed bin Khalid Al Oqail, CEO of the Business Center, emphasized that investing in people is the foundation of development, and that specialized training and qualification programs are among the most important tools for building national capacity, raising readiness, and enabling adaptation to change and future requirements.

During the orientation ceremony, trainees were welcomed and introduced to organizational and training aspects, as well as the services provided to them, marking the start of their journey in the advanced diploma programs.
