Border guards in Asir arrest three Yemenis for smuggling 60 kg of qat

Land patrols of the Border Guard in the Raboua sector of Asir region have arrested three Yemeni nationals for violating border security regulations by attempting to smuggle 60 kilograms of qat.

Initial legal procedures have been completed, and the suspects and seized items have been handed over to the relevant authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, 999 or 994 in other regions, or the General Directorate of Narcotics Control hotline at 995.
