Head of Board of Grievances thanks leadership after approval of judicial reforms

President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ohaydib expressed his gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Prime Minister, following the Cabinet’s approval of amendments to several articles of the judicial system relating to judicial ranks and appointment criteria.

Al-Ohaydib emphasized that this approval reflects the continuous care and support the judiciary receives from the leadership, as well as their commitment to developing regulatory frameworks that enhance judicial efficiency and keep pace with current developments.

He explained that the new amendments will ensure the regularity and stability of judicial work across different levels of litigation, support the employment of judicial expertise and talent, and improve the quality of judicial practice in the Kingdom.

He also noted that the amendments’ provisions for regulating judicial ranks reflect the leadership’s approach to supporting the judiciary, further strengthening its readiness to fulfill its mission and responsibilities effectively.
