Hajj and Umrah Ministry focuses on developing national talent

Ministry of Hajj and Umrah spokesperson Ghassan Al-Nouaimi said the ministry is focused on developing national talent and providing a motivating work environment, considering this the cornerstone of successful institutional transformation.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ekhbariya TV, Al-Nouaimi added that the ministry is guided by a core belief that human capital is the main pillar for the success of any institutional transformation.

He noted that developing human resources goes beyond training and qualification, encompassing the improvement of institutional practices, performance measurement, and results analysis.
