Hajj and Umrah Ministry launches unified digital package for international pilgrims

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of the "Comprehensive Package" for international pilgrims for the 1448H Hajj season, bringing together essential services for pilgrims from their arrival in Saudi Arabia until their departure, in coordination with relevant authorities.

The ministry explained that contracting for the package is completed electronically through the "Electronic Path" platform with a single application, simplifying procedures and organizing contractual relationships between Hajj affairs offices, foreign Hajj agencies, and service providers. This also aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of contracting processes.

The package includes four main services: services at the holy sites, hospitality facilities in Makkah and Madinah, transportation, and catering. It also allows for the addition of optional value-added services, enabling Hajj affairs offices and foreign agencies to design programs tailored to the preferences of different pilgrim groups within a clear and flexible contractual framework.

The ministry emphasized that the launch of the "Comprehensive Package" is part of its early preparations for the 1448H Hajj season, reflecting the leadership’s ongoing care for pilgrims and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
