Saudi health leaders win two gold awards for customer experience in London

Saudi health leaders achieved international recognition by winning two gold awards for customer experience leadership at the 2026 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) held in London.

Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Bani Hemim from the Ministry of Health’s Najran branch received the gold award in the 'Customer Experience Leader of the Year' category.

Abdulrahman bin Dubay Al-Harbi, CEO of the Madinah Health Cluster, was awarded gold in the category for organizations with more than 1,000 employees.

The achievement came amid global competition featuring leaders from international organizations and companies across various sectors.

This recognition highlights the excellence of Saudi national talent and the advancement of institutional leadership in the health sector, aligning with the Health Sector Transformation Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
