Saudi Arabia experiences four hours of dust storms on Thursday

The Regional Center for Dust Storms reported that Saudi Arabia experienced four hours of dust storms on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

In a statement on its official X account, the center said a total of 13 hours of dust storms were recorded across the region on Thursday.

According to the center, both Saudi Arabia and Iran each saw four hours of dust storms, Jordan recorded three hours, and Cyprus and Egypt each experienced one hour. No dust storms were reported in other countries in the region.
