Al-Baha Municipality to host 12 main events for Saudi National Day

Al-Baha Municipality and its affiliated local councils are organizing 12 main events, along with a series of accompanying programs and activities, to mark Saudi National Day under the theme "Our Pride is in Our Nature." The celebrations will take place in Al-Baha city and across the region’s governorates, with residents and visitors participating in parks, public squares, cultural centers, and public facilities.

The municipality’s festivities include a community celebration, traditional and folkloric performances, patriotic poetry recitals, interactive segments for children, as well as decorating roads, squares, and buildings with flags, national emblems, and lighting displays. Gifts and national flags will be distributed, and balloons will be released at several locations in Al-Baha, including Raghadan Park, Al-Baha Mall, Al-Baha Boulevard, and Al-Hawiyah.

Local councils in governorates such as Baljurashi, Al-Mikhwah, Al-Qura, Al-Mandaq, Al-Aqiq, Qilwah, Al-Hajrah, Bani Hasan, Bani Kabir, Ma'shuqah, and Ghamid Al-Zinad will also hold accompanying programs and events. These include popular and theatrical celebrations, folkloric shows, patriotic poetry, children's competitions and prize giveaways, family product stalls, traditional tents, art exhibitions and murals, parades, flag-raising ceremonies, performances of the national anthem, classic car and motorcycle parades, walking events, and the distribution of flowers, gifts, and national flags. Activities will also include visits to hospital patients and the decoration of streets, squares, and parks with lights and national symbols.
