Civil Defense issues early warning alert in Jazan

Saudi Civil Defense announced on Saturday the activation of an alert from the National Early Warning Platform for emergencies in the Jazan region to warn of potential danger.

Civil Defense emphasized the importance of remaining calm and following official instructions, advising residents to stay indoors, move to an internal room or a safe area away from windows, and not to leave their homes or buildings until the threat has passed.

The guidelines also included avoiding open areas and glass, refraining from standing on balconies or rooftops, and urged those outside to enter the nearest building or take cover behind a solid barrier.
