Iraqi prime minister arrives in Riyadh on first official visit

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi arrived in Riyadh on Wednesday, marking his first official visit to Saudi Arabia since taking office in May, according to a statement from his media office.

Iraqi media reported that Al-Zaidi's visit to the Kingdom is part of a Gulf tour that also includes Kuwait.

The tour aims to discuss shared security and economic issues and to strengthen cooperation between Baghdad and the Gulf states.
