Comprehensive services support visitors and pilgrims at Prophet’s Mosque

Worshippers and visitors from various nationalities continue to arrive at the Prophet’s Mosque in an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility, supported by a comprehensive system of services provided by the General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, in cooperation with relevant authorities, to ensure that religious rituals are performed in comfort and ease.

The authority continues to deliver on-the-ground services, including crowd management at entrances and designated pathways, the use of multilingual guidance signs and electronic screens to introduce mosque facilities, and the broadcasting of informational and awareness messages. Around-the-clock support is also offered at integrated service centers, along with the provision of manual and electric carts, Zamzam water distribution, cleaning and sanitization programs, and cooling systems. These efforts accommodate the large number of worshippers in both the men’s and women’s sections, with guidance services available in several languages and organized access to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah through the “Nusuk” app according to scheduled entry times.

These initiatives reflect a commitment to delivering high-quality services that enhance the experience of pilgrims and visitors, making it easier and more reassuring for them to perform their rituals at the Prophet’s Mosque.
