Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health (MoH) announced on Thursday the registration of 45 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 32 recoveries in the Kingdom during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health added in a statement that the number of critical cases reached 51.

The statistics also showed that the total number of cases in the country reached 548,805 while the recovery tally reached 537,722.

The MoH reported one new death, bringing fatalities tally in the Kingdom to 8,800.

The Ministry of Health advised everyone to contact the toll free (937) for consultations and inquiries around the clock and to obtain health information and services.
