Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that 322 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The health ministry said in a statement that the new number brings the total number to 356,389 cases, including 5,334 active cases receiving necessary medical care.

"There are 699 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement added.

As many as 428 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 345,215, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said, adding that 15 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 5,840.

On the other hand, 51,831 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
