Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced in a statement on Thursday that 319 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The newly reported number brings the total number to 354,527 cases, including 6,842 active cases receiving necessary medical care. Of these, there are 796 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable.

"As many as 441 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 341,956," the Ministry of Health said.

"19 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 5,729." The statement added.
