Saudi Arabia's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 305 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The Health Ministry official Spokesman Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdulaali said in a press conference that the new number brings the total number to 353,255 cases, including 7,294 active cases receiving necessary medical care.

"There are 810 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," he added.

As many as 357 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 340,304, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said, adding that 16 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 5,657.
