Official Spokesman of the Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali, announced in a press conference on Sunday that 30 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number of infected cases brings the total number of confirmed cases to 549,222, including 2,135 active cases.

"There are 52 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," he added.

Dr. Al-Abdulaali said that 73 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 538,274 cases. Also, 2 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 8,813, said the health ministry spokesman.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses that have been administered reached more than 46,000,000 doses, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said.
